Avyse Partners appoint Shahil Thakar as Senior Consultant

Wow, it has really happened!

I am so excited to be joining Avyse at such an early stage and to actually become the first employee at the company! For me, this is an opportunity to not only continue developing my technical and consulting skills, but also an incredible chance to be actively involved in building a new business and to challenge the status quo.

The biggest factor for me joining? The culture that has already been established at Avyse. Having worked with David, Richard and Oliver before, I know our values are aligned and they are already evident within the company. For example, there is a genuine focus on ensuring a work-life balance through not setting any limits on annual leave entitlements, encouraging each other to attend important family events and talking about mental health. Furthermore, having a senior management team, who have actively listened to my various ideas and creative proposals means I can be involved in further initiatives to illustrate this focus.

And let’s be honest, having worked with Richard almost continuously for nearly a decade, I knew he would need me by his side for the most exciting chapter of his career!

Joking aside, I must thank David, Richard and Oliver for trusting me to join them at such an early stage and can’t wait to get started!
