The Change and Transformation team are typically engaged in two capacities:
1. Managing assignments for our advisory services. We have dozens of live assignments for clients at any point in time, with many of these having assigned project managers that ensure the assignment efficiently meets budget, is delivered on time and fulfils outcomes that both the client and Avyse expect.
2. Supporting clients directly with change needs. Our experienced project managers support clients with a range of activities from swift insourcing to supplement existing projects to directly running change projects for clients.
We have implemented tried and trusted robust change and PMO frameworks that have been informed and refined by many years of application. They are designed to take your project from a glint in the eye, to reality, whether that is a requirement of the regulator or needs of the business.
The majority of Avyse consultants have delivered, and received, change in a variety of fields, and its this wide range of knowledge that allows us to swiftly understand your requirements and help crystallise the impact of your proposed change.
Our engagements are typically 1-2-1. We wont supplement projects with resource that isn’t needed, and we encourage a direct working relationships between our project managers and key business stakeholders. Our aim is that our team feel like one of your team.
