Avyse Partners appoint Daisy White-Smith as Consultant

I could not be happier to join Avyse! Having the opportunity to join David, Richard and Oliver in this new venture is beyond exciting, and I can’t wait to get stuck in. Since its inception, it’s been clear to me that Avyse is here to drive positive change within the consultancy world, both for their clients and internally – which is a massive pull factor for me. Creating a diverse environment where everyone can thrive is paramount and Avyse have not been afraid to commit to this. In particular, being part of a company which genuinely champions women is something special.

While some may think joining a new company is risky, I could not have more faith in Avyse. I mean, how often do you get to help build something from the ground up? For me, it’s a chance to make an impact and build long lasting client relationships with a real focus on the purpose of regulation.

Like Shahil, I’ve worked with David, Richard and Oliver before which is a huge comfort. I know they will not only listen to my ideas, but actively encourage them. This is rare and invaluable to me as I continue to develop my career as a consultant.
