Avyse Partners appoint Shaneca D’Aguilar-Rock as Consultant

I am incredibly humbled and honoured to be joining all the amazing minds at Avyse Partners. One of the things that inspired me to join, was the extensive experience within the team and a real commitment to doing things differently.

Over the past four years, I have developed a strong passion for compliance with expertise in areas such as authorisations, skilled person reviews, KYC remediation and general advisory services. My sweet spot is Consumer Credit, in particular assisting firms with their creditworthiness assessments, arrears handling and forbearance practices.

In addition, I have completed a number of secondments within the FCA’s enforcement team which has provided invaluable insight into the regulator’s expectations. This coupled with previous experience within the commercial environment and the Financial Ombudsman Service has provided me a well-rounded view of the key triggers to poor customer outcomes allowing me to deliver tailored advice and deliver practical solutions to clients.

I’m so grateful to David, Richard and Ollie for this fantastic opportunity and I’m delighted to finally be starting!
