Avyse Partners launch Change & Transformation service with the appointment of Magali Waterfield

We are thrilled to launch our fourth service line today - Change & Transformation.

Being able to provide end-to-end delivery solutions to our clients is a core part of our strategy and so the appointment of Magali is another huge milestone in our growth journey.

Magali will work across all of our regulatory disciplines supporting implementation of regulatory recommendations. Additionally, she will provide change consultancy services and programme / project delivery support. See our service page for more details of our Change & Transformation offering.

On joining Avyse Partners, Magali said “I am delighted to take on the incredibly exciting opportunity to join Avyse as their latest Principal and launch the brand-new Change and Transformation practice. I can't wait to get started, working with the highly skilled Financial Crime, Compliance and ESG and Sustainability teams - supporting them with my project management expertise.

In addition, with over 17 year's of experience in delivering projects of all shapes and sizes, I have deep understanding of barriers for successful delivery, so my new team will also be supporting our clients on how to nurture a change culture within an organisation, as well as delivering on wider change management initiatives.”

Our Partner, Richard, added “Today is another hugely exciting day for all of us at Avyse. By extending the type and scale of services we offer to clients we are going to further improve outcomes and efficiencies at a firm and industry level.

This appointment firmly underlines our ambition to disrupt the regulatory consulting industry with high quality, end-to-end solutions built around a highly personable team. We can’t wait to introduce Magali to our clients as well as bringing her extensive contacts to our industry leading advisory teams”.
