Financial crime technology

  • We’re looking for a range of roles at varying grades to establish a technology advisory service line.

    Services will include TM rule tuning / optimisation, model validation, screening calibration, systems assurance, synthetic data testing.

    There may be scope for tactical or strategic product development as well.

    You will work alongside and closely with our established financial crime advisory practice.

  • This is a new service line so we’re looking for a broad range of grades, capabilities and levels of experience.

    Required:

    • Alignment to our values

    • Relevant skills and experience in the financial crime technology domain

    • Strong data handling and analytical skills

    • Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships

    • An entrepreneurial mindset

    • Ability to lead – setting the direction for you and others with minimal supervision or direction

    • A long-term mindset and a passion for self-improvement

    • Desire to work for a small organisation with minimal bureaucracy

    • A strong network of professionals in compliance roles

    • Able to listen more than you talk

    • Ability to influence through persuasive written or verbal communication

    • Desire to be yourself and show your personality at work

    • Fluent with Microsoft Office tools

    • Resilient with a desire to learn from setbacks. We don’t win every pitch

  • London, hybrid working
